Error updating from version 4.2 to 4.4

When i recompiled my application from version 4.2 to 4.4 and desktop application updated itself, it gave me login screen and then showed "Access Denied". So, update didn't worked for me.

Version 4.4 is a major release which is compatible with newer windows os like Vista and upcoming windows 7, so you will require to uninstall ver 4.20 and then install version 4.40 and it will work properly.
