Email Alerts Upgrade

Email Alerts System at the Desktop Alerts have been upgraded so as to provide the same features as in Desktop Alerts.
Now, Email Alert is fully HTML Enabled and will use the same HTML Template system which the Alert system uses. This means that Campaign owner need not worry about the separate text for Email Alert since same Desktop Alert matter will be sent as Email Alert as well.
Since Email Alert is now HTML enabled, we have added the same easy to use HTML WYSIWYG editor for Email Alert Compose page as well so that non technical persons can compile the Email Alert with ease.
